30-day returns
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
EU customers — right of withdrawal
If you shop from the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, no questions asked.

Return shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable service.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo — we’ll send a replacement or refund you, your choice.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-care items cannot be returned unless faulty. This will be noted on the product page where it applies.
